In Leadership, Mindset, Vision

A most powerful message from Neale Daniher, former Essendon Football Club player and coach of the Melbourne Football Club between 1998 and 2007. Neale was diagnosed with motor neuron disease in 2013 and is now a prominent campaigner for medical research.

Have a watch of the video below. I will let Neale do the talking and the five key takeaways for me are:
1. What drives you?
2. Resilience and resolve comes from having a purpose – serving others with your strengths and being better for others.
3. Nothing great gets done with selfish people. Challenge yourself on where you sit on the continuum of selfish to selfless.
4. Be clear on what you do for others.
5. When all is said and done, more is said than done. What are you actually going to do?
